ABOUT CreativeDrive EMEA:

CreativeDrive EMEA is an ambitious and creative production, post-production and adaptation company with offices in London, Cape Town, Majorca, Paris, Kiev & Sydney and several new offices in development. Our Account teams of Producers, Directors, Designers, Editors and Visual Effects Artists create exciting advertising and marketing content for a host of local and international brands.

A key part of our strategy going forward is to redevelop and expand our content production offer to include strategic and creative services as well as cross media channel production. We will target large brands with healthy marketing budgets and a need for highly creative content, in industry sectors that we are excited to engage in.

To take this forward we have restructured our production business unit that focuses on creative content production.

CreativeDrive EMEA is taking investment and is committed to building a powerful production offer that targets major brands to produce content that will live in every media channel. 

We will grow our capabilities in motion, still image and CGI production and extend our post-production offer accordingly. We are planning the development of a major studio complex, likely to be located in Dalston, that will provide high end studio facilities with integrated production, post-production and localisation teams, enabled by the latest technology.



This is a key new position which CreativeDrive EMEA have created as one of 4 leaders in Production in the team. You will report (individually and as a group) directly to the CEO and be responsible for the growth and development of the Production services strand of our business in Europe, with responsibilities for supporting other regional offices.

The key responsibility here is to set and deliver against the strategic objectives for production of content. This includes working with the management team to lead on:

  • Defining the various categories of content production that we provide.
  • The development of the production operating models needed.
  • Support and help shape the build out of new production facilities.
  • The design and hire of in house production teams.
  • The sourcing and set up of freelance and partner rosters to cover crew, equipment and related services needed to fulfil projects from end to end.
  • The development of a Producer roster that will evolve from a primarily freelance to a mixed in-house/freelance roster as the business unit grows, covering the various types of content that we will produce.
  • Development and implementation of commercial production models and the packaging of these for use in business development.
  • The positioning of the production offer and the articulation of this to clients in the business development cycle – in support of the business development team. I.e. you will be expected to contribute to presentations and attend pitches with others.
  • Working with the business development teams, all the way through production projects to completion – including post-production.
  • Working hands on to produce projects – especially in the early days – showing hands on leadership of the business and helping to define ‘the way we do things’.
  • Training and developing the production teams that we employ in house
  • Ensuring consistent quality of standards in delivery from associate / freelance teams.


The new Head of Production will need to be a self-starter who is happy to develop and drive process forward of their own accord, whilst also being a strong team player.


They should be ready to bring their experience and connections to bear in coordination with the other 3 members of the Production team and the wider CreativeDrive EMEA business development team to identify new business prospects, scope projects.


They should use their connections and management skills to find and recruit the best talent and support their development.


Whilst this is a London based role, CreativeDrive EMEA an international company and as such we will ask the Head of Production to travel both in the delivery of projects and the set up / support of services in other locations.



We expect our Head of Production to demonstrate:

Excellent knowledge of production and post-production process, standards, technology and commercial models

Experience working in fast paced environments producing content for international brands.

The ability to manage projects and accounts efficiently often to tight budgets, always controlling and monitoring margin.

Enable the creative process and strive to produce the best content possible for the budget, helping creatives and directors to achieve the quality of output that global brands seek.

Min 8-10 year’s experience working in:

  • The moving image production industry
  • The advertising industry
  • Post-production

Experience at a management level, managing teams and budgets, reporting on activity and commercials (with the support of a finance function).

An understanding of the stills production and retouching process, digital asset production and graphic design would be of interest.

A strong body of recent work that you have produced or overseen.

Good industry references from a range of clients / colleagues / suppliers (these will be taken up)



Regular place of work shall be 23 Englefield Rd where you will work alongside the rest of the Production management team and other CreativeDrive EMEA team members

Standard working hours are from 9:00am to 17:30pm, including a one-hour lunch break or breaks totaling one hour but as a salaried position we expect employees to work the hours to deliver in the role, managing their own time accordingly.

You will be entitled to 25 working as holiday leave, to be booked in and approved in advance.

You will not be expected to work on public holidays.

We also give agency discretionary holiday days – typically 2-3 per year – awarded at Christmas (between Christmas and New Year) and in August around the bank holidays.



We will also provide a structured bonus package based on performance of the specific business unit and the wider CreativeDrive business.

You will be included in our management team Pension scheme – details to be shared.

Managing and developing relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues to facilitate delivery of TVC adaptation projects.

You will be supporting & reporting directly to the Account Director or Managing Producer on a specific account, with additional work delivered across other accounts as required.

This position requires the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
We are looking for somebody with proven skills, experience and competency in the following category: Junior Adaptation Producer.



  • Good knowledge of post-production and familiarity of international versioning/ adaptation.
  • Experience working in post environment to manage international TV versions from brief to completion.
  • Technically confident with common TV formats, codecs, audio files etc.
  • Awareness of post-production software: Avid, FCP, Premier, After Effects, 3DS Max, Nuke etc.
  • Good TV admin skills – awareness of the importance of usage rights; media schedule fulfillment, play-out process etc.
  • Knowledge of delivery systems: i.e. Adstream, Beam, IMD, Dub-Sat etc.
  • Adaptation experience: awareness of global broadcast specs, local regulators, working in other languages including voice records.
  • Experience of working in the broadcast environment and therefore awareness of advertising standards & regulations.
